Printable Radar Paper

Radar paper, also known as a spider chart or polar chart paper, is a special type of polar paper that is used to create radar charts, also known as spider charts or web charts. These charts are used to compare the relative performance of multiple data points in different categories, by plotting the data points on a polar coordinate system with evenly spaced radii, and radial lines that radiate out from the center point.

With a history that dates back to the early 19th century. It is challenging to attribute its invention to a single person, as the concept of representing data in a radial or polar format evolved over time. However, its early uses can be traced to a few key mathematicians and scientists, such as Carl Friedrich Gauss and in the early 20th century with Émile Cheysson, a French engineer and economist.

Radar charts are often used in business, marketing, and other fields that require the visualisation of multiple data points on a single chart - and they are useful for comparing different products, services, or competitors, as well as for analysing data trends over time.
